What on earth is Psych-K?

Psych-K is a user -friendly way to rewrite the software of your mind and change the print-0ut of your life!

Let me explain some more- Your reality is created by your ‘beliefs’.  These beliefs, usually unconscious, are often the result of lifelong ‘programming,’ and represent a powerful influence on human behaviour.  Studies in neuroscience (which is a passion of mine) indicate that at least 95% of our consciousness is actually unconscious.  It’s the unconscious mind that is the storehouse for our attitudes, values and beliefs. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop behaviours.  Usually, it is self-defeating behaviours we wish to change.  Often the most effective way to change a behaviour is to change the unconscious belief(s) that support it.  Psych-K provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform beliefs that ‘limit’ you into beliefs that ‘support’ you, in any area of your life.  Many people harbor self-limiting unconscious beliefs in the areas of spirituality, self-esteem, health and body issues, financial abundance, relationships, or career.

Why Psych-K?

Without the use of Psych-K, life itself will remind you when it is time to change some aspect of your reality. Unfortunately, the reminder often takes the form of trauma or other emotionally charged situations in order to get you attention. Psych-K enables you to consciously direct key changes in your life with ease and flexibility.

How does PSYCH-K?

A great deal of research has been conducted for decades on what has come to be called “Brain Dominance Theory” (also known as split-brain research). The findings of this research indicate that each hemisphere of the cerebal cortex tends to specialize in and preside over different functions, process different kinds of information, and deal with different kinds of problems.

While our birthright is the natural ability to simultaneously utilize both sides of the cerebal cortex, life experiences often trigger a dominance of one side over the other when responding to specific situations.  The more emotionally charged the experience (usually traumatic), the more likely it will be stored for future reference, and the more likely we will automatically over-identify with only one hemisphere when faced with similar life experiences in the future.

I am a Practitioner in this modality, so together,  we can  change your beliefs so you can change your reality.
